Our 27,000-square-foot manufacturing facility provides the space, equipment and material-handling capabilities needed to support projects ranging from precision components to large-scale fabricated and machined assemblies.
With two 15-ton overhead cranes running the length of the shop floor, Berg Tool can efficiently move and position large workpieces throughout production. Machining centers equipped with 1-ton jib cranes provide additional handling capability right where it is needed.

Quality is built into every stage of the manufacturing process at Berg Tool. From in-process checks to final inspection, our quality capabilities help ensure critical dimensions, tolerances, and finished components meet customer specifications and print requirements.
For large and complex components, Berg Tool utilizes the Keyence WM-3500 Wide-Area Coordinate Measuring Machine, providing a measurement range of up to 49 feet. Its portable 3D measurement system brings high-accuracy inspection directly to large parts and assemblies, with capabilities including 3D and GD&T measurement, dimensional and shape verification, CAD-data comparison and overlay, and automatic inspection report generation.
Our quality department is also equipped with inspection plates up to 4′ × 8′, along with bore gages, gage blocks, gage pins, and other precision measuring equipment. Together, these capabilities allow our team to verify components throughout production—not simply after the work is complete.

Berg Tool’s facility is designed to support an efficient workflow from manufacturing and inspection through handling, crating and shipment. Heavy-duty crane capacity makes it possible to safely maneuver substantial components, while trailer-bay loading docks and an on-site wood shop help prepare finished work for secure transportation.
